In Greek Mythology the Muses are the Goddesses of Art and Science. In the male dominated history of art making, a mans muse was an important part to his creation process. She brought him inspiration and in her purest form she acted as the feminine part of the male artist. This series put me in the mind of the female figure and her deep roots in the Arts.
